Abstract

Every citizen has the same right to obtain quality education, as stated in Article 5 of Law Number 20 of 2023 concerning the National Education System which aims to improve the quality of education. The quality of education will be directly related to the implementation of education in the management of quality schools. The BOS Performance Fund is intended for schools that perform well and encourage improvements in the quality of education. The study used qualitative methods. Data collection techniques for observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Data analysis was carried out using the Miles and Huberman model, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study showed that the management of BOS Performance education financing funds was in accordance with the planning, implementation, and evaluation through the ARKAS application of fund management in an efficient, effective, and sustainable manner, as well as increasing transparency and accountability of school finances. Good education financing management can improve the quality of education at Ar-Rasyid Integrated Islamic Middle School.
