Management of Pesantren Management in Al Furqon Boarding School, Tanah Bumbu Regency

This research aims to analyze the management of education at Al Furqon Islamic Boarding School, which includes Al Furqon Junior High School and its boarding school unit. Using a qualitative approach, data was collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results show that successful management is influenced by the integration of formal and non-formal education management systems, participatory leadership, and active involvement of students and their guardians.
