Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between educational policies implemented in SMA Negeri 1 Angsana and the level of student engagement in the teaching and learning process. Using qualitative and quantitative approaches, this study collected data through surveys, interviews, and observations. The results of the study indicate that inclusive and participatory educational policies can significantly increase student engagement. These findings are expected to provide recommendations for the development of more effective educational policies in the future.
