Abstract

The developed countries of higher education in the world attach great importance to the management of student affairs in colleges and universities, and actively explore effective work experience. The promotion of internationalization provides a broad perspective for the development of Student Affairs Management in Chinese colleges and universities, but also brings a series of severe challenges. Chinese colleges and universities should put Student Affairs Management in the context of internationalization, establish the concept of student development, respect students' main body, optimize the student management system, build a professional management team, improve the international perspective and ability of managers, and seek the professional and scientific development of student affairs management.
